Planning a Whole Night in Queens, Start to Finish
What changes when you keep a whole night inside Queens is the number of moving parts. One train line does most of the work, and the Long Island Rail Road covers the rest. What does not change is that you still have to decide where the night ends before it starts.
So decide that first. Starlets is at 49-09 25th Ave in Woodside, open daily 11 PM to 4 AM. Put that at the bottom of the plan and build upward from it, because it is the only part of the evening with a fixed address and a fixed clock.
The spine: the 7 train and the Woodside hub
Woodside is a hub, and that is the whole reason an all-Queens night is easy to run. The 7 train stops here. So does the Long Island Rail Road. Two different systems land you on the same handful of blocks.
The 7 also strings together Long Island City, Woodside and Jackson Heights, which means the places you might eat and the place you are ending up sit on one line instead of three. Astoria is just north of it. LaGuardia is close enough that people land and go straight out, and getting from the airport into Queens handles that properly.

Early evening: pick a neighborhood, not an itinerary
Choose one place to eat and one neighborhood to be in. Long Island City, Jackson Heights and Astoria all work, and each of them keeps you on the right side of the river for the rest of the night. If the group deadlocks, Astoria or Long Island City is that argument settled in advance.
The thing to avoid is a four-stop plan. Groups that build an itinerary spend the whole evening enforcing it, and somebody always ends up eating alone because they were still at stop two. One dinner. One meeting point. That covers it.
Tell everyone the neighborhood by mid-afternoon. Address in the chat, not a debate at seven.
Late evening: name the hour you walk in
Doors are at 11 PM. That is genuinely useful, because it means dinner does not have to be rushed and nobody is filling an awkward hour somewhere.
An eleven o'clock arrival hands your group the whole five hours. A one o'clock arrival hands it three, which is still a long night if everybody already knows what they came for. Pick one and say it out loud before anyone gets on a train, because that is the last easy moment to settle it.
Book the table while you are still planning
Reserved seating and table service are arranged in advance. That is a thing you do from a desk in the afternoon, not from a train platform at midnight with your phone at nine percent.
Look at the service list first so you know what you are asking for, then start a VIP booking. Say what the night is when you book — a birthday, a bachelor party and a quiet Tuesday are three different asks.

Sort the ID question before anyone leaves
This is a 21+ room, everybody brings a valid government-issued photo ID, and no booking has ever changed that.
Why Woodside works as the meeting point
If the group is scattered, meet at the hub instead of hunting for a midpoint. Woodside is already where the 7 and the Long Island Rail Road converge, so people coming from Long Island City, Jackson Heights and Astoria are all heading to one place rather than meeting somewhere first and then travelling again as a clump.
That also means latecomers need no plan. They need one word. Woodside. Someone arriving alone at half past midnight can get to 49-09 25th Ave without anybody talking them in, and that is worth more than it sounds like when it is the fourth text of the night.
So put the address in the invitation. Not "we'll sort out where to meet" but the street, the neighborhood, once, at the top of the thread.
The back half, and the end of it
The room runs until 4 AM, which is the part of the night people forget to plan for. There is a long stretch after one o'clock that is the actual reason to be here, and it only works if the group has not already burned itself out in three other places.
Think about how you are getting home before you are tired enough to stop thinking. Then let the last hour be the last hour — closing time etiquette covers how that end of the night actually goes.
The mid-week version
The venue is open daily, so an all-Queens night is not a weekend-only exercise. A Tuesday or a Wednesday runs on the same address, the same hours and whatever named night that day carries.
If you are weighing that against a Friday or a Saturday, how a weekend night here runs lays out the difference. Either way the plan is the same shape. One dinner, one hub, one address, and a back half that goes until four.
